Hi! I’m Alexis and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oklahoma. I attended the University of Oklahoma for my undergraduate and graduate schooling, and have a Master of Education in Professional Counseling.

I feel passionate about being a therapist because I see the value in making space for people, meeting others where they are at, and supporting people in their journeys to discover and embody their most authentic selves.

I value showing up as a full human as a therapist and will spend our time together learning more about you, laughing with you (when appropriate, of course), and holding space for anything and everything you want to bring to session.
