Hi! I’m Alexis and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oklahoma. I attended the University of Oklahoma for my undergraduate and graduate schooling, and have a Master of Education in Professional Counseling.

I feel passionate about being a therapist because I see the value in making space for people and all the parts of us that choose to show up, however that may look, as well as coming alongside others to support the sacred journey it is to discover and embody our most authentic selves.

I value showing up as a full human as a therapist and will spend our time together getting to know you and your story, laughing with you (when appropriate, of course), and holding space for anything and everything you want to bring to session.
